A&B Home Care and Staffing, Inc. is a licensed home care agency. We provide home care services to residents of King and Pierce counties. Our mission is to provide person-centered care and support to the elderly, persons with disability and home bound individuals in the comfort of their homes. We are committed to providing personal care that enhances our clients’ dignity and self-respect.

To achieve this, we ensure that our clients and members of their families are involved in the plan of care. Also, at A&B, we partner with other service agencies in the community to ensure a comprehensive and complete system of care. Our philosophy is that each client is unique, hence we must contribute to the quality of care they receive depending on their ability. A&B strives to make your daily living as comfortable as possible.

If you find that you or one of your loved ones is struggling with loneliness or is just needing someone to lend an ear, or help with a trip to the store, let us help. Our trained staff can provide a variety of companionship services such as:

• Accompanying clients in their own home
• Providing companionship at the adult day center
• Keeping clients company while shopping

We understand that it is not easy managing the challenges of caring for your elderly loved ones. Many have no experience to guide them in making informed decisions. Our staff can provide a variety of personal care services such as:
